Intern HR (Paid Internship)
Location
Wrocław
We’re on the lookout for an Intern HR to join our outstanding HR&Administration team.
Your main focus will be to learn, under the guidance of an experienced team, what HR is all about.
- Start Date: Early October 2025
- Time: approx. 6 hours/day (part-time), for 3 months with possibility of extension for another 3 months
- Work mode: on-site in Wrocław with possibility of hybrid on selected days
- Contract & Compensation: 4000 zł brutto UZL (Prefer a B2B setup? Let’s talk!)
Who we’re looking for:
- Good organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple small tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR, office management, or marketing.
- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written, in Polish & English - B2/C1).
- Proactivity - you like to take ownership and look for ways to help.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- You're proactive, and open to feedback
- You have a student status
- We think for the future and want you to develop into a role that will excite you - show ownership for your role and development and we help you achieve your professional aspirations
Bonus points if you have:
- Project management skills
- First experience in HR, event organization, or office support (internships, student organizations, volunteering)
- Agile mindset, flexibility and good self-management
- Basic copywriting skills or a knack for creating engaging posts
- Interest in IT / tech industry basics
What you’ll learn - here's what to expect:
- Recruitment - learn how to hire top IT roles (developers, designers, QA specialists, product owners),
- Onboarding - get hands-on experience in building an engaging onboarding process that makes new hires feel like part of the team from day one
- Marketing - support internal and external communication – including social media posts and simple content tasks
- Employer Branding - co-organize internal events (parties, integrations, contests) which support culture-building projects that make MasterBorn more than just a place to work
- Assist in everyday administrative tasks - keep the office running smoothly
